Terms & Conditions

Quotes. Every quote is fixed for 14 days and itemises machine, delivery, collection, fuel policy, and damage cover. Nothing is added later without your written agreement.

Hire periods. A day is 8 engine hours or one working shift; a week is 5 working days on site. Weekends on site are charged at half day rate unless the machine works.

Delivery & collection. Standard delivery is next working day inside our depot zones. You provide safe access, hard standing for off-loading, and a signer for the handover sheet.

Fuel & damage. Machines arrive fuelled and return fuelled, or refuelling is charged at pump price plus 10%. Fair wear is expected; accidental damage is covered under the tier below.

Standard cover (included). Every hire includes breakdown response, same-day swap-out inside depot zones, and third-party inspection reports on request.

Damage cover (10% of hire). Caps accidental-damage liability at $500 per incident. Loss, theft, and track/wear items remain chargeable at cost.

Operator cover. Stonepeak-supplied operators are insured under our policy. Customer operators must hold current certification for the machine class.
