Second, we confirm availability and send a fixed quote with delivery, collection, fuel policy, and damage cover itemised. No hidden extras, ever.
Third, the machine arrives serviced, fuelled, and safety-checked, with the operator manual and a handover walkaround. Fourth, when the job is done, we collect it and handle the off-hire inspection on the spot.
First-time renter? Bring site access details, a contact who can sign the handover, and proof of operator certification where required. Everything else is on us.
